The Chocolate Factory is an interactive candy-themed experience in which your sweetest dreams will come true. Explore a variety of colourful rooms and enjoy a world of sweets in a fun day out that the whole family will enjoy. You’ll find actors, beautiful props, immersive rooms, and even some chocolates to take home as a gift! If you want to travel to this fantasy world, book tickets now: plenty of surprises await!

Enchanted
Forest

Your adventure will start in a magical forest where stones are made of chocolate and lollipops grow in bushes. Sneak past gingerbread houses and collect edible seeds and soil to grow your very own chocolate tree!

Cloudland

The sky’s the limit in Cloudland! Take photos with candy-themed backdrops, try 100% cocoa and flavored chocolates, then visit a Cupcake Room with mini trampolines, disco music and neon lights.

Ball Pit

Dive headfirst into the Mixing Room! This giant ball pit packed with surprises is sure to get you moving. After all, the ingredients aren’t going to mix themselves!

Chocolate
Town

The Chocolate Town is full of things to do and places to explore. Stop by the Shop to take some pictures and then visit the Park, where you’ll find swings, arcade games with candy prizes, a cafe and more!

What can I expect from The Chocolate Factory?

Discover the magical world of The Chocolate Factory and dive into a universe where your sweetest dreams come true! During your stay in this unique wonderland, you will visit a variety of rooms with all kinds of instagramable themes: there's Chocolate Town, the Cupcake Room, the Ball Pit, Cloudland, and, of course, the Chocolate Factory. But you won't just be able to admire the magical sweets: you'll be able to eat some, too! Surprises await you in this photo experience— grab your camera and make sure to buy a ticket before they all go!

When should I be there?

Please ensure to be at the venue by the start time outlined on your ticket.

What if I'm late?

Should there be capacity when you arrive, then you will be able to enter without any problems. In the event that this is not the case, we may ask you to wait a bit.

What does the ticket include?

Child ticket: includes entry to the corresponding session for children from 2 to 12 years old. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket.
General admission: includes entry to the corresponding session for people over 12 years old.

I cannot go on the available days. Will you have more dates in the future?

Currently, the available dates are those that you can see on our website. However, The Chocolate Factory is magical, so more sessions may be available in the future.

What is the refund / exchange policy?

Tickets are not refundable. The terms and conditions of non-refundable tickets are agreed upon prior to purchase. In special circumstances, we can help you change your ticket for another day and session that is not yet sold out. Contact us at hello@feverup.com for more information. Make sure to enter the correct ID for your ticket.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups of 12 or more people, discounted tickets can be purchased with the ticket type 'Group Access'.

Does the event take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an indoor venue.

Is it a suitable environment for children?

Oh how we love the little ones! They are all welcome!

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not permitted in our Factory.

Is there a dress code?

Casual (dressing up is encouraged!)

Are there restrooms in the experience?

There are no restrooms in the experience but restrooms can be found within the Trafford Centre

What safety measures will be taken against COVID-19?

The experience will operate under all current government guidelines and hand sanitising stations are available throughout. You will receive Fever credit and flexible rescheduling if the event is postponed due to COVID.
